It’s All Schubert

Join the Sherman Chamber for a concert featuring works by the great Franz Schubert, considered to be the last grandmaster of the Viennese Classical school of music, as well as one of the earliest proponents of Romanticism. He is counted among the most gifted composers of the 19th century, writing 1,000 pieces of music, even though he only lived to the age of 31.

Concerts are on Saturday, June 8, at 7:30 p.m. at The JCC in Sherman and on Sunday, June 9, 4 p.m. at The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens in Washington.

Performing are Susan Rotholz (flute), Doori Na (violin), Jane Chung (violin), Sarah Adams (viola), and Artistic Director Eliot Bailen (cello).

Tickets are $30 and can be purchased online at wwwSCEmusic.org and are available at the door.  Students under the age of 16 are admitted free.
