Second Saturday Stars program set for Feb. 10

NEW MILFORD—The John J. McCarthy Observatory will hold its monthly Second Saturday Stars program Feb. 10, from 7 to 9 p.m. This month’s presentation is “Weekend Update on the Solar System & Beyond.” All are welcome to join in the free star party to enjoy the brief presentation along with observing the sights of the winter night sky through a variety of telescopes.

The observatory is located in the Southwest corner of the New Milford High School campus, 388 Danbury Road, adjacent to the athletic field.
