Mindful Yoga Class is Forming

KENT—A winter session of Mindful Yoga for all levels will be held from Jan. 11 to Feb. 15 from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Kent Community House. It is open to up to 16 persons aged 18 years and older. Participants of all levels and abilities should bring their own mats and straps or blocks to the venue located on Main Street North. Dawn Delpha will be the instructor and will guide participants through gentle yoga moves. Participants will learn breathing and relaxation techniques to be used in the real world.
