Land trust plans volunteer workday Nov. 2

KENT—Kent Land Trust will hold a volunteer workday to complete the newest trail at the Harrison Preserve on Skiff Mountain on Saturday, Nov. 2, at 9 a.m.

KLT’s Harrison Preserve is located halfway up Skiff Mountain Road. Event signs will be posted.

Participants are reminded to wear sturdy footwear and weather appropriate clothes, and are encouraged to bring a water bottle, pruners, loppers, or a battery-powered leaf blower.
