Kent School offers field day for area kids

KENT—Kent School will hold a field day for area children in grades pre-kindergarten through six Saturday, May 11, 10 a.m. to noon on the school’s football field.

Registration will be at the Kent School Gym parking lot between 9:45-10 a.m. Participants should plan to attend the entire two-hour session.

The field day, sponsored by Kent School’s Community Service Program, will be supervised by high school-aged students and some adult employees.

During Field Day, children will enjoy various games such as baseball, tennis, golf, lacrosse, basketball, three-legged races, potato sack races, an obstacle course, and similar activities. There will be face-painting and a bounce house.
