HVA offers riverside hike from Kent to Sharon

KENT – The Housatonic Valley Association will offer a free riverside walk May 11 at 9 a.m. starting from River Road in Kent.

The walk is approximately six miles from Kent to Sharon along River Road and the Appalachian Trail and is expected to last 2.5 hours.

Participants are asked to wear hiking shoes, breathable fabrics or light clothing, and bring sunscreen and water. Online registration is required. Participants must sign a waiver and will receive an email before the event with all logistics and details.
