TORRINGTON—United Way of Northwest Connecticut and Eversource have joined forces in a partnership aimed at supporting the local community through Eversource’s United Way Campaign Kickoff.

The collaborative effort will bring resources to the Northwest Connecticut Cold Weather Overflow Shelter in Torrington.

As part of this year’s campaign, Eversource employees assembled United Way Care Kits filled with toiletries and essential items for individuals using the Cold Weather Overflow Shelter.

This year’s Eversource United Way Campaign Kickoff represents an ongoing alliance, with Eversource employees contributing both time and resources to enhance the well-being of individuals and families across Northwest Connecticut.
