Aqua Aerobics Exercise Offered

KENT—Aqua aerobics instructor Mo Van Moffaert will offer Aqua Exercise for seniors Wednesday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Kent School pool, 13 Skiff Mountain Road. This five-week program provides a chance to enjoy some time in the pool while also taking part in low impact water exercise, which is easy on joints but still healthy for bones and muscles. 

The program is designed for active seniors but great for adults of all ages.

The sessions begin Nov. 8 and continues through Dec. 13 (no session on Nov. 22).

The program costs $30 per participant To sign up online click here.
