With three customizable packages based on schedule and budget, this event is designed to be experienced by all. Surrounded by rows of Christmas trees and the warm tones of autumn, it is a chance to reconnect with nature, rejuvenate the soul, and find inspiration in the beauty of the season.

The idea for the retreat began with a dream Lisa Angevine Bergs had eight years ago, inspired by her late grandfather. “He wanted us to share the magic of the farm and even showed me the exact location to do so,” she said. Since then, this special spot has hosted weddings, a Farmer’s Table event, picnics, and a memorial celebration for the late John Angevine.

Now, it will serve as the setting for Epiphany, an event Bergs believes her grandfather would wholeheartedly have approves of. She said the farm atmosphere “feels both calming and invigorating, offering a deeply spiritual experience.”

Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to attend up to 10 diverse sessions,

each led by experts in their respective fields. Highlights include:

  • Journaling for reflection and self-discovery, led by writer Jamie Angevine, offering a guided practice to deepen self-awareness.
  • Nutrition and Mindful Eating Practice Session, presented by Carla Hooper Angevine, MPH, RD, MS, where participants will explore the connection between food, body, and mindfulness. Angevine will also lead a guided hike through the farm’s beautiful forest, providing an immersive experience in nature.
  • Forest Healing with Kelly McCarthy, exploring the therapeutic benefits of connecting with nature.
  • Essentrics, a dynamic stretching class led by Maureen Bellmay, designed to enhance mobility and release tension.
  • Sound Healing sessions with Beth Baldwin and Katie Cavenagh, offering a soothing experience using sound to promote relaxation and inner balance.
  • Mindful Meditation guided by Lance Leifert, helping participants cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.
  • Dance & Movement with Christine Cassoni Gatto, encouraging joyful self-expression through movement.

In addition to these workshops, attendees can enjoy a variety of wellness services provided by skilled vendors, including Reiki, Reflexology, Chair Massage and Intuitive Readings.

Catering will be provided by The Market in Bantam.

For those desiring quiet moments of personal reflection, a self-guided walk, reading or painting option is available, allowing participants to immerse themselves in creativity at their own pace.
