Town seeks input via online surveys

KENT – Multiple organizations and departments in the Town of Kent are seeking input from residents regarding programing and resources. Please see the information and links below.

Kent’s Park and Recreation Department wants to hear from Kent residents and participants in its programs, as well as those who use the parks, to assist in determining needs, usage, and priorities. The Park & Recreation survey closes at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 28.

Kent Affordable Housing wants to better understand the housing situations and needs of those who work in Kent. State funding is available to create dedicated affordable housing that would be restricted to people who work in Kent. These surveys will help determine whether it is worthwhile to pursue that funding, and help strengthen an application for it. Please take the appropriate survey below.

Kent’s Town of Kent Social Services Department is evaluating the transportation needs for Kent residents over the age of 60. This survey pertains to Kent residents over the age of 60, but may be filled out on behalf of a senior person. The Social Services transportation survey will close on Monday, March 25.
