‘Wonka’ to be screened at library

KENT—Kent families are invited to bring their dinners to Kent Memorial Library, 32 Main St., Tuesday, July 23, at 6:30 p.m. to watch “Wonka” (2023) in the Junior Room. Children of all ages are welcome to participate. Registration is appreciated by calling 860-927-3761 or emailing KMLJuniorRoom@biblio.org.

“Wonka” is a 2023 musical fantasy film that tells the origin story for Willy Wonka, a central character in the 1964 novel by Roald Dahl, depicting his days as a chocolatier.
