Trash Talk is Wednesday via Zoom

KENT—Kent has launched a new waste reduction and food scraps recycling program at the transfer station. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at 6 p.m. HRRA will lead a Zoom meeting to check in with participants and pique the interest of other Kent residents on how to participate via a special Food Scraps Only permit.

Click here for the link to the meeting.  The meeting ID is 836 5092 6512; password 300914.

The meeting will also be an opportunity to hear from residents about what is working, what questions or feedback residents have and how to improve this pilot program.  Learning from Kent’s residents will better inform other pilot programs in the state and within the HRRA region.
