Tai Chi Classes Offered Weekly

KENT—Ongoing weekly Tai Chi Chuan classes and practices are offered Monday, Wednesday and Thursday through the Falling Water Taichi School. Falling Water offers private instruction, weekly classes and seasonal workshops on traditional Yang Style Taichi Chuan and the internal art of self-cultivation. 

Open practice sessions are held Mondays at 9 a.m. at Macedonia Brook. From 5:30-7 p.m., a Slow Set Class is offered at the Community House. Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30 p.m., there is a second open practice at Macedonia Brook, and Thursday, 5:30-7 p.m. a regular class is held at the Community House.

Those interested can drop in and join a class at any time or contact Chris by phone, 802-449-2725 with any questions or inquiries.
