Scavenger hunt planned for July 11 at library

KENT—Kent Memorial Library will sponsor a Scavenger Hunt for youngsters in grades 5 and up at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 11. Children are invited to put on their problem-solving hats and comfortable shoes as they walk the streets of Kent in search of clues and answers.

They will compete against other teams for a prize. They can register with a team, or join one put together by library personnel. 

Meet in the Junior Room. Attendance counts for one point towards the summer’s eight-point goal. Registration is appreciated at 860-927-3761.
