Fuller Mountain Road work underway

KENT—The Public Works Department resumed work Sept. 10 on Fuller Mountain Road between Pond Mountain Trust and Appalachian Road.

Motorists are asked to use an alternate route during normal work hours.

First Selectman Marty Lindenmayer said there is no set end date for the work as of yet, but it is expected to continue for several days.

“We haven’t got a paver lined up yet,” he explained. “They are busy with bigger jobs.”

The road will be open after 3:30 p.m. each day, however.
