Low Back Pain Program Dec. 14

KENT—Physical Therapist Karen Browning will present a program on Low Back Pain Thursday, Dec. 14, at 6:30 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library. Participants will learn how the spine anatomy functions, why and how symptoms present, and what can be done to manage pain. Prevention strategies will also be explored.

The program is free and open to the public. Please register.
