Library to hold cardiac wellness talk March 26

KENT—Heart disease is the number one cause of death in the United States, killing more persons than all cancers combined. Kent Memorial Library will present a cardiac wellness talk March 26 at 4:30 p.m., by Mary Yuter, RN. It will be presented in the reading room and is free and open to the public.

Yuter is the founder of Heart to Soul, a holistic, results-oriented cardiac wellness program. The talk is for those with a family or personal history of heart disease or those who are interested in preventing heart disease.
