The menu consists of eggs cooked to order, pancakes, bacon, sausage, juice, tea and endless coffee.

Tickets for the breakfast at the firehouse, located at 28 Maple St., are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $5 for children younger than 8. Cash and checks are accepted. Proceeds benefit KVFD operations.

Auxiliary members, both women and men, run the fundraiser. The breakfasts brought in $6,000 net during the last budget year and regularly attract 100 to 150 diners, Anne McAndrew said in an interview from July 2024.

For more information about the pancake breakfast or to join the Auxiliary, contact McAndrew at 203-788-6585.
