KENT, Conn.—The Kent Land Trust will hold a family friendly President’s Day Hike Monday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m. on KLT’s Iron Mountain Preserve, on Treasure Hill Road. The group will pay special attention to signs that wildlife has left behind.
The trail is a moderate “lollipop loop” and is just under three miles roundtrip.
The preserve map can be found here. Registration is required so weather-related information can be communicated. Light refreshments will be available at the end of the hike.
