Horn brings “Door Knock” campaign to Kent Saturday

KENT—State Representative Maria Horn will bring her “Door Knock for Democratic Candidates” campaign to Kent Saturday, July 13. Volunteers are to meet at 10 a.m. at 45 on Main, at 45 North Main St.

Horn will hand out maps of homes to visit and then the group will carry the campaign to residents’ doors.  

When the task is done, the group will retire back to 45 on Main, where the business is celebrating its first year in business with live music, inflatables and a dunk tank. Horn has volunteered to be a “dunk-ee” at the Dunk Tank. All proceeds benefit the Kent Food Bank.
