Hazardous Waste Day Saturday

KENT—There will be a Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Event Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the John Pettibone School, 2 Pickett District Rd, New Milford, for member towns of the Housatonic Resources Recovery Authority (HRRA). Those delivering hazardous materials must remain in their vehicles at all times and the materials they wish to drop off must be at the back of the vehicle. They should have identification ready to show workers.
