KENT—A Halloween Candy Drive is underway to help the village homes and businesses that are visited on Oct. 31 by hundreds of ghoulies, ghosties and long-leggedy beasties. Those wishing to donate can drop candy off at the library through Oct. 30 and homeowners and businesses can call 860-927-3761 or sign up at the front desk for a candy deliver during the week of Oct. 23.
