KENT—The Kent Democratic Town Committee is planning a vintage fashion sale to raise money to support the campaigns of 2024 Democratic candidates. The sale is planned for August during Kent’s Summer Sidewalk Sale Days.

Proceeds will support the campaigns of state Representative Maria Horn (64th district), Justin Potter who is running for state senator (30th district), U.S. Congresswoman Jahana Hayes (5th district), U.S. Senator Chris Murphy, and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, U.S. President and Vice President Kamala Harris.

The DTC is seeking donations of vintage and gently worn clothing for women, men, children and pets. Nice accessories such as bags, belts, shoes, hats, jewelry, collars and leashes are also welcome. Donated items must be in excellent condition.

Those who have items to donate, should email kentctdems@yahoo.com and the DTC will arrange a pick-up.

Those who do not have any clothing or accessories to donate, can make a financial donation in any amount.
