Dr. Mabasa joins Active Health in New Milford, New Preston

NEW MILFORD—Active Health has announced that Dr. Abra Mabasa has joined its team of healthcare professionals.

She is now practicing at both the New Milford and New Preston offices and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Mabasa brings extensive experience with a focus on international public health. She completed her residency at Bryn Mawr Hospital and holds a Master of Public Health from UCONN Medical Center. 

“I’m thrilled to join the Active Health family and serve the communities of New Milford and New Preston,” said Dr. Mabasa. “I believe that active listening and open communication are essential in understanding my patients’ unique needs and providing the highest quality care.”

She offers services including comprehensive primary care, preventive health screenings and wellness exams, chronic disease management, women’s health services, and health education and lifestyle counseling.
