Winter Solstice Program set at Library

KENT—The Winter Solstice will be celebrated tonight (Friday) at 6 p.m. with a free community yoga Nidra and sound healing bath at the Kent Memorial Library, 32 North Main St. 

It will be guided by Lisa Shea with special guests Nick Swift on gong and Kelly Carrasquillo, somatic practitioner and master Reiki healer. 

The program will be presented in a hybrid format. RSVP by email.
