WINSTED – Thomas “Tommy” David Passini, 74, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, surrounded by family after a brief illness.
Born Jan. 13, 1949, in Winsted, the son of the late Anthony and Sarah (Russell) Passini, Tommy attended Kent Center School for a while as a child.
