Second session of aqua aerobics announced

KENT—Kent Park and Recreation will offer an expanded eight-week session of aqua aerobics beginning Feb. 14 at the Kent School pool at 13 Skiff Mountain Road.

All sessions will take place weekly on Wednesday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. through April 3.

Aerobics instructor Mo Van Moffaert will conduct the sessions, which will focus on low-impact water exercise.

The program, open to adults and seniors, costs $45 per person. Registration is open online.
