Republicans plan 30th District legislative breakfast June 20

KENT—The 30th District Republicans will hold their legislative breakfast Thursday, June 20, at 7:30 a.m. at the Fife and Drum restaurant. The event will include a recap of the past assembly session by local legislators, followed by questions.

Legislators expected to attend are state Senator Steve Harding Jr. and state Representatives Jay Case, Bill Buckbee, Karen Reddington-Hughes, John Piscopo, Patrick Callahan, Marty Foncello and Cindy Harrison. Candidates George Logan, the challenger for the 5th Congressional District, US Senate candidates Gerry Smith and Matt Corey, 64th House District challenger Barbara Breor of Goshen and GOP State Party Chairman Ben Proto have also been invited to attend.

Tickets are $30 and can be purchased by sending a check to the 30th District Republican State Senate Committee, care of Mike Flint, PO Box 361, Lakeville, CT 06039; 860-435-9558. For reservations, contact John Morris, 860-693-0757 or Ginny Landgrebe, 203-770-0466.

The fundraiser will be used to promote the 30th District election campaign.
