Library offers free meditation session April 5


KENT—A free community meditation session, guided by Lisa Shea, LCSW, RYT, RMT, will be held at Kent Memorial Library, 32 Main St., April 5, 6 to 7 p.m.

Special guest Victoria Cryder will guide participants in the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). Participants should bring yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and any other cozy necessities. The hybrid session will be recorded.
