KENT, Conn.—Park and Recreation Director Matt Busse has closed down parking at Kent Commons because of icy conditions in the parking lot. The lot will be closed until further notice.

The park, itself, remains open for recreational use, however. Visitors should park along the firehouse side of Swifts Lane. The location for parking is highlighted by a blue line in the photo above.
