Sandra Cointreau Art Reception & Demonstration

Come see the Kent Memorial Library’s latest exhibit while artist Sandra Cointreau discusses the value of learning to paint various techniques by the traditional practice of copying masters.
For the demo, she will copy a watercolor by Andrew Wyeth and discuss the range of techniques he might have used in that painting. It is a sycamore tree done in 1892. Refreshments will be served.
