Drug Take-Back Day Oct. 28

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), in cooperation with thousands of law enforcement agencies across the country, will host its second National Drug Take Back Day event of the year Saturday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

The first NDTBD of 2023, held in April, collected over 332 tons of both prescription and nonprescription medicine. The closest collection sites from Kent are in New Milford at either the CVS or the New Milford Police Department.
