Dow to present class in Jin Shin Jyutsu at library

KENT—Julianne Roshan Dow (MA, JSJCP, RYT 500) from the Dow Integrative Institute, will present a free hands-on class exploring Jin Shin Jyutsu—a gentle, noninvasive, healing art like acupuncture, but without the needles—on Friday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library.

Participants will learn easy, self-empowering techniques to help manage anxiety, grief and more for calmness and relaxation.

This class is recommended for caregivers, parents and grandparents.

Dow has taught self-help classes to home caregivers, hospital patients, women veterans, and students in schools.

Kent Memorial Library is located at 32 North Main St.

Registration is required.
